We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the historic feel and location a few blocks away from the Mississippi River. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the state park, Angelic tower, wineries, and museums. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved relaxing on the front wrap-around porch. The chocolates in the room were a nice touch, and although there was a charge for sodas in the guest fridge, it was still a convenient amenity.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place, nestled into the cliffs of the Mississippi, was absolutely stunning. The breathtaking views of the river were a treat to wake up to every morning. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, with free Wi-Fi, a CD player, and a flat-screen TV. The complimentary toiletries provided added a touch of luxury to our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast menu had a good variety and was delicious. The location had scenic views and was conveniently located near downtown. The decor and furniture added to the hotel's charm.
The room was uncomfortably hot, and there were no options for regulating temperature. The air conditioning unit was old and loud.

This hilltop hotel offers stunning views of the Mississippi River and the surrounding areas, including a nearby state park. the rooms are beautifully decorated with period furnishings, and some feature fireplaces and spa tubs in the ensuite bathrooms. the friendly staff provides excellent service, and guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast each morning. the property also offers a unique murder mystery dinner, and guests can take advantage of a well-stocked kitchen for preparing their own meals.
Parking could be tricky due to the limited space.
